Using Virtual Reality to Study Glaciers
On Tuesday, students in Mrs. Burke's Algebra class virtually traveled to Antarctica to study the rates at which glaciers melt using rhythm, sound, and movement. On Thursday, they will use this information to create mathematical representations and equations in order to estimate when the largest glacier's melting poses a flood risk to Miami.
